Buddhist Meditation

Location: Second Story, Main Hall (largest building on temple grounds)
Please come wearing loose, comfortable clothes. Seating is provided in pews for the lecture. For the meditation, flat
cushions (zabuton) are provided for sitting on the floor. Participants may bring their own cushions (zafu or zabuton).
Individuals may also remain in the pews for the meditation. There will be a period for questions and answers.
The lecture is preceded by a brief service and incense offering. The event is free and open to the public. Note: we
regret for this event that there is stair access only.
